Credit / Debit Card Deposits

Make a deposit to your Alpari FS account in USD or EUR1 using your Visa, Mastercard or Maestro credit/debit card.

HOW TO MAKE A DEPOSIT TO YOUR ALPARI FS ACCOUNT

  • In MyAlpari, select “Fund Deposit” from the upper menu. Make sure that "Fund Deposit" is selected as the “Transfer Type” in the form that opens up. Select the trading account to which you would like to make your deposit. Choose "Debit/Credit Card" as your “Transfer Method” and select the currency in which you would like to make the deposit. Enter the amount you wish to deposit and click "Confirm".
  • After agreeing to our conditions, click "Submit". You will be redirected to a secure page, where you will need to enter your credit/debit card details. Double-check the information you have entered and click "Proceed".
  • Check the status of your deposit in your “MyAlpari History”, where you can view details of the transfer.

Deposit conditions

Processing Time:
Usually within 3 business hours. If we haven't received scanned copies of your credit/debit card to verify your details, deposits may take longer to process.

Commission:
From 2.2% of the deposit amount.

Required Documents

Before making a deposit with your credit/debit card, you will need to provide us with a scanned colour copy of the front and back side of your card (or cards, if using more than one). For the front side of the card, the full name of the cardholder, the name of the issuing bank and the last 4 digits of your card number must be visible. On the scan of the back side, the 3-digit CVV2 code must be concealed.

If you are making your deposit using a prepaid virtual card you will need to provide us with a screenshot from the site of your internet bank where the following information is visible:

  • The full name of the cardholder
  • The name of the issuing bank
  • The last 4 digits of the card number
  • Information about the transfer to Alpari FS

You can upload your scans/screenshots to the "Your Details" section of MyAlpari (in "Documents to upload").

Additional information

When making a deposit with your credit/debit card, please take the following into consideration:

  • Third party deposits will not be accepted. You may only make a deposit to your trading account if the card is registered to the same name as the account.
  • After making a deposit to your account with a credit/debit card, you will only be able to make a withdrawal via wire transfer to a bank account registered in your name.
