We accept all currencies, however if deposits are sent in any currency which is not EUR or USD it will be converted into the account currency. A conversion fee may apply.
You can make a request to withdraw funds from your trading account by clicking the "Withdraw Funds" icon on the Trader's Desktop in MyAlpari. For the Transfer Type, select “Withdrawal”. Then choose the account from which you wish to make the withdrawal and select the transfer method.
Please Note: You may only make a withdrawal to a bank account in your own name.
Yes, you can. However, we can only process a withdrawal request if the free margin on your account is enough to cover both the withdrawal amount ("Sum to be Withdrawn") and any additional charges and commissions for the transfer. Your free margin is your account equity minus the necessary margin (the amount needed to keep your positions open).
If the free margin on your account isn't enough, your withdrawal request will not not be processed. You will need to either change the "Sum to be Withdrawn" in the withdrawal form or close open positions on your trading account.
No, your account will not be closed if the balance drops to zero. You can have an active live account with a balance of zero.
No, we will not charge you a fee for withdrawing your money. However, we will pass on to our clients any commissions or fees charged by our bank or card-processing company. Making a withdrawal to your bank account via wire transfer will typically cost around 20 USD.
Yes, you can. You can deposit funds to your trading account from a bank account in your name. Likewise, you can make a withdrawal to a bank account in your name.
Yes, you can transfer money between two Alpari FS accounts both registered in your name. To do this, log in to MyAlpari and select "Internal Transfers" from the Trader's Desktop. This service is commission-free. However if we are required to make a conversion, we will use our our current conversion rates, which are updated daily in MyAlpari.
For standard.mt4 accounts, there is no minimum deposit level.
For ecn.mt4 accounts, the minimum initial deposit is 200 USD/EUR.
For pro.direct accounts, the minimum initial deposit is 20,000 USD/EUR.
If you have made a deposit using your credit or debit card, it will usually be posted to your trading account within 3 hours of the time it is received on our company account.
Credit/debit card deposits made after business hours (8:00am - 5:00pm GMT+2) may not be credited to your trading account until the following business day.
Deposits made by wire transfer typically take 3-5 business days to reach our company account.
We will try our hardest to post your funds to your trading account the day we receive them. In the event that we are unable to do this, your funds should be posted to your trading account, at the latest, by the following business day.
Your withdrawal request first needs to be approved and processed by us. The time this takes depends on which country the funds are being sent to. A typical wire transfer within the EU (including the UK) should take approximately 3 business days. However, wire transfers to certain countries may take around 5 business days.
