STANDARD.MT4
If your client opens a standard.mt4 account, you can earn up to 40% from the minimum spread from every completed transaction on currency pairs. The amount you will earn in bonuses depends both on the volume of a client's trading and how often they trade. The higher the trading volume and the more frequently your client trades, the more you will earn as an IB as a percentage of the spread.
Let's take a look at a couple of examples of how an IB is compensated at different incentive levels (10%, 30%, and 40%) at different levels of client trading volume and trading frequency.
Introducing Broker X
Having signed up as a partner of Alpari FS, IB X refers three clients to us:
Client A
- Trades per Month: 10 Trades
- Average Volume: 5 Lots
Client B
- Trades per Month: 50 Trades
- Average Volume: 10 Lots
Client C
- Trades per Month: 40 Trades
- Average Volume: 20 Lots
Client A doesn't trade very often and trades low volumes. His trading earns Introducing Broker X the least in bonuses.
IB X can earn:
- At 10%: 25 USD
- At 30%: 75 USD
- At 40%: 100 USD
Client B, making trades more often and at higher volumes, earns Introducing Broker X more in bonuses than Client A.
IB X can earn:
- At 10%: 200 USD
- At 30%: 600 USD
- At 40%: 800 USD
Client C doesn't make as many trades as Client B, but he trades higher volumes. Client C earns Introducing Broker X the most in bonuses.
IB X can earn:
- At 10%: 500 USD
- At 30%: 1,500 USD
- At 40%: 2,000 USD
When a referred client opens an ecn.mt4 account, the Introducing Broker's bonus will be up to 30% of the commission paid by the client for each trade. The amount of commission clients pay us, in turn, depends on their trading volume.
At different levels of trading volume, clients will pay a different level of commission:
- For the trading volume under 500 million USD, the client pays us 30 USD for every 1 million USD.
- For the trading volume from 500 million USD to 1 billion USD, the client pays us 25 USD for every 1 million USD.
- For the trading volume exceeding 1 billion USD, the client pays us 20 USD for every 1 million USD.
Let's say, for example, Introducing Broker X refers a new client (Client D) to Alpari FS who decides to open an ecn.mt4 account.
With a monthly trading volume of 2,150,000,000 USD, Client D will owe us 50,500 USD in commission:2
- For the trading volume under 500 mil USD: (500,000,000 / 1,000,000) х 30 USD = 15,000 USD.
- For the trading volume from 500 mil to 1 bil USD: (500,000,000 / 1,000,000) х 25 USD = 12,500 USD.
- For the trading volume over 1 bil USD: (1,150,000,000 / 1,000,000) х 20 USD = 23,000 USD.
IB X's compensation for the month will be 30% of the 50,500 USD Client D pays us in commission, or 15,150 USD .
